東京では珍しいモーニングもやっているお店です。
コーヒーは、飲んだものは酸味が少なく香ばしい美味しさでした。昔ながらのサクサク熱々の外側にふんわりとしたトーストにバターたっぷり。濃厚な具が挟まっており、美味しい！最近チェーン店に慣れた口には感動の味でした。
懐かしさを覚える昭和レトロな雰囲気ですが静かで洗練されていて小さなコーヒー博物館に来た様な気分になれます。ついつい長居してしまった居心地の良いお店。
オフィス街からは少し離れていますが、ランチをこう言う場所で食べれたら最高だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 居心地が良すぎる素敵なコーヒー専門店「珈琲社中」。御成門、大門駅からそれぞれ徒歩5分ほどの場所にあります。この日はランチセットのロースカツサンドトースト1,000円とMIXサンド1,000円を注文して2人でシェアしました。
ロースカツサンドのお肉は柔らかくて脂身控えめ。食パンはしっとりふわふわ、耳はサックサクで最高のトースト加減です！ソースとマヨネーズのバランスも絶妙で美味しすぎるカツサンド。
MIXサンドはトーストしていないしっとり食パンに、卵、ハム、トマト、レタスが挟んである、ザ王道のサンドイッチ。
そして何よりも、自家焙煎のコーヒーが本当に美味しいです。苦味と酸味のバランスがちょうど良く、誰もが素直に美味しい！と思う味わい。素敵なコーヒーカップで運ばれてくるのも嬉しいポイント。
アイスコーヒーはホイップした生クリームをトッピングしてくれるのですが、これもかなりおすすめです！このクリームが絶品で、生クリーム好きにはたまりません。
自家製スイーツも美味しく、特にとろーりなめらかなプリンが大好きです！丁寧に作られたこだわりのグルメと美味しいコーヒーに心が躍ります♪禁煙なのも嬉しいポイント。
ジャズが流れる落ち着いた空間で、ひとりでも入りやすい雰囲気です。
もっと通って色々なコーヒーを試したいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Master has great selection of beans, his brewing style is reminiscent of low tech, high quality days. Not that there is anything wrong with tech in coffee.
He roasts himself, and has 3 different machines. You can see 2 of them in the store, Fuji Royal you cannot.
The fact he roasts, and recommends his blend gives you an idea where his bench mark of quality.
Master is a straight shooter, so feel free to ask him about the coffee. You will be pleased to know what he got to tell!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and quiet café close to Shiba Park. I went today for a coffee break and there was only another customer. Very relaxing atmosphere, some classic music in the background, retro style. Nice!
I ordered café au lait and it was pretty good. I love the way the master prepared it! First time I’ve seen something like that!
A few types of coffees and brews on the menu.
Sandwiches and cakes are also available at reasonable prices. I’ll visit again to try them!
