C	Chi Sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10時から６時まで開園しています。オランダ大使館側からは階段で上に上がるか、建物内部にエレベーターがあります。もうひとつは東京タワー方面から手すりつきの長めのスロープがあります。管理事務局のある建物の中には、トイレ?+障害者用があります。遊具あったりベンチがありますが、飲食禁止だからか、この時は利用している人を一人もみかけませんでした。お散歩にはオススメです。 The park is open from 10:00 to 6:00. From the Dutch embassy side you can go up the stairs or there is an elevator inside the building. The other is a long slope with a handrail from the Tokyo Tower area. In the building where the administration office is located, there are toilets + for people with disabilities. There were playground equipment and benches, but I guessed that eating and drinking was banned, so at this time I did not see anyone using it. Recommended for a walk.
