★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Switchの某タイトルにて明らかな不具合報告をしたところ、仕様でつっぱねられました。
内情による実現性の低さ等は知りませんが、誠意が感じられない対応でした。
ロジックがどうとかできない理由を並べて煙に巻こうとしていた点も舐めてます。
会社としてそういう姿勢なんだなあと、感じました。
(もっと言えばそもそも窓口のそれ以前の対応から、
こっちが最初の報告で詳細に述べてることを何度も聞き返してきたりと、
酒でも飲んでるのか？といったおかしさでしたが)
