とても美味しかったです。

ランチは色々食べましたがハンバーグが煮込み系なので初めての時はちょっと想像と違いおどろきました。

端肉とか使っているのかわかりませんが、ステーキ屋さんということもあり牛のたたいたヤツらしき粗びきて喰いごたえあり、煮込みのソースもタマネギベースでしょうか、煮込んだ優しい味でございました
ご飯もしっかりしてて隙無し

店に入るとカウンター8席で 、席の間隔はかなり狭いなという印象。
11:30頃の入店でおそらく最初の客だったんだと思います。
カウンター越しには鉄板もありました。
10食限定のハンバーグ定食を注文したのですが、店主は暇そうにしていてご飯や味噌汁をよそうだけで、奥の方から煮込みハンバーグが出てきました。
あ、鉄板使わないのね。。
ハンバーグのお肉は粗挽きで、ところどころ肉を噛み締める事ができ、食感含め美味しいと思います。
ハンバーグソースはやさしいお味。味噌汁もやさしめの味で、サラダのドレッシングは個人的には少し甘いかなと感じました。
最大のマイナスポイントとしては、食べている最中に店主がじっとこちらを見ている事。目が合うと目を逸らす店主。食べはじめるとまたこちらを見る店主。これが何度繰り返されたことでしょう。
正直、人にじっと見られながら食べるのは非常に不快で、落ち着いて食べられないしあまり来たくないなと思いました。

The hamburger sauce has a gentle taste. The miso soup also had a gentle taste, and I personally felt that the salad dressing was a little sweet.
The biggest negative point is that the owner is looking at you while you are eating. The shopkeeper looks away when his eyes meet. The owner who sees this again when he starts eating. I wonder how many times this has been repeated.
To be honest, it's very unpleasant to eat while being watched by people, and I can't eat calmly and I don't want to come too much.
