★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家の近くでシェルのちゃんとしたハイオクが入れられるので利用してます。しかし、エンジンオイル交換お願いしたら、引き渡し前に一緒に量の確認すらせずに渡そうとしたので、量見せて下さいってお願いしたら明らか入れすぎでした…
交換直後にアッパーラインの少し上ってことは、時間置けばもっと増えるってこと。オイルの入れ過ぎは百害あって一利なし。交換時に8割～9割に合わせないといけないのはしっかりした整備士なら常識。多い分には大丈夫ですよ～と言ってくるお店もあるが、全然良くないので教育ちゃんとしてほしい。
《追記》
クレームみたいになってしまいましたが、正式に謝罪がきました。とても真摯な態度でこちらの言い分は最もですとのこと。これからの教育・向上に期待します。
