指摘すると謝りもせずいいわけばっかり。
人によるのでしょうが質の低い従業員に当たってしまった。

呼応する接客はただウルサイだけに感じる。
客との距離を考えた声の大きさにしてほしい・・・
至近距離で数十メートル先に届く呼応されて、耳がキーンってなった事ある。
良い店員もいるけど、もう利用することは無いかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店だけではなくて、佐久市や小諸市のガソリンスタンドはガソリンが高過ぎ。新潟の山中のスタンドでは割高だと思い少量給油、佐久市のあたりで本格給油と考えたら間違いでした。長野より新潟が安く、長野のでも佐久や小諸市が一番割高でした。道中で一番安かったのは新潟の十日町付近でした。店舗とかスタッフの対応とかは普通でした。
Gas stations are too expensive not only at this store but also at gas stations in Saku and Komoro. I thought it was expensive at the stand in the mountains of Niigata, so it was a mistake to think of a small amount of refueling and a full-scale refueling around Saku City. Niigata was cheaper than Nagano, and Saku and Komoro were the most expensive in Nagano. The cheapest place on the way was near Tokamachi in Niigata. The correspondence of the store and the staff was normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前に軽トラの車検をシェルの佐久平店でお願いしましたが、車検終了後にタイヤのナットが無い事に気づきました。
なぜか、整備士が言うにはお客様自分でタイヤ交換しましたか？全部トルクの締め付けが狂っていたとの
事で謝罪は一切有りませんでした。
