★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シャープ株式会社「シャープスマート保守センター」です。スマートフォンの修理はここで行われています。今回壊れたスマホを初めて修理してみましたが、流れとしては、シャープのWebサイト「シャープスマホ修理・電池交換修理（有償）のお手続き」のページからフォームにて送信。決められた日に宅急便が自宅に受け取りに来ますので、それまでに修理に出したいスマホを準備してください。工場出荷時状態に戻す必要があるので、スマホ内のデータは全てバックアップが必要です。（電子マネー、SNS、アプリ等）梱包は必要ありません、宅急便側がしてくれます。発送後、2, 3日で電話が掛かって来て、修理するか否かを相談します。見積もりは口頭見積もりです。金額に納得できればその時点で依頼となります。修理依頼（口頭見積もり）から大体5日に戻って来ました。梱包もシンプル丁寧、クロネコヤマトで戻って来ました。届く時間指定は出来ますが、日にち指定は出来ません。修理代は代金引換になるので、届くまでにお金の準備はしてください。当たり前ですが、修理は完璧です。今回、ガラス破損、背面カバーの微細な傷、カメラレンズを全て交換依頼しましたが、画面には綺麗に保護シールが貼られており、新品同様。感謝感激です。電話対応して頂いた方、修理して頂いた方、ありがとうございました。今後も大切に使わせていただきます。

The repair fee will be cash on delivery, so please prepare the money by the time it arrives. Obviously, the repair is perfect. This time, I asked for the glass to be broken, the back cover to be slightly scratched, and the camera lens to be replaced, but the screen has a beautiful protective sticker, just like a new one.
