★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の高田口町自治会が管理されている小さなお寺で大和北部八十八ヶ所霊場第58番札所。「続日本記」にある聖武天皇開基、行基開山の高田寺が前身ではないかと言われ、1656年には法春大僧都が再興したと伝わるが、現在は無人になっている。ご本尊は、室町作と言われる十一面観音立像で、近くの床屋さんが御朱印を預かっておられるそうだ。
19/04/13、大和郡山市内を歩いて回った時に参拝した。
 It is a small temple managed by the local Takadaguchi Town Residents' Association, and is the 58th temple of the 88 pilgrimage sites in the northern part of Yamato. It is said that Takada-ji Temple of Emperor Shomu Kaisan and Gyoki Kaisan in "Shoku Nihongi" may be the predecessor, and it is said that the Hoharu Daimonto was revived in 1656, but it is now unmanned. The principal image is the eleven-faced Kannon statue, which is said to have been made by Muromachi, and it is said that a nearby barber keeps the red stamp.
