夜間は電話での問い合わせも不可
ドライバー電話に電話したところ、指定日を間違え、荷物仕分けミスで発送してなかったとのこと。
夜10時過ぎに来られても困ると言ったのにも関わらず、届けに行くといわれ、夜10時に荷物が到着
こちらから問い合わせしなければ、届ける気もなかったくせにと思ってしまった。
軽い謝罪で終わった。
他の宅配業者を見習って欲しい
