★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 校舎が建て替えられ、旧早稲田通り沿いにツツジなどが植樹され、綺麗になるようです。ただその向かいのJA（東京あおば）を含め、交差点の周辺はまだ遊歩道などが未整備。殺風景で折角の立地の良さが台なし。
The school building has been rebuilt, and azaleas and other trees have been planted along the old Waseda-dori, which seems to be beautiful. However, the promenade around the intersection, including JA (Tokyo Aoba) opposite it, is still undeveloped. The good location is ruined by the murderous scenery.

1～2年に一度、二度ある大雨による川の氾濫や下水の逆流などは心配。
道路が浸水している時は自転車の通行は危険。
