K	Keith Alverson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place for selfies, not foodies. It is all about the buzz. Young crowd looking good taking pictures of themselves in small groups. The food is simply overpriced undersized chain restaurant burgers and fries. The black sesame milkshake was one intriguing thing on the menu and indeed very good - though 6 dollars for a regular size (small in the US). They also have a nice Brooklyn brewery ale that was apparently specially brewed for shake shack..
S	Shirley H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Shake Shack! One of my favourite burger places. Super excited to hear they had one in Osaka. The burger is still great (The US is still slightly better). Not the biggest fan of their cheese fries (will opt for normal fries next time). But definitely must try!

Everything very overpriced for what you got. Almost 2000yen for a small Burger, some fries and a small shake.
f	francine sakamoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't eat meat so I had the 'shroom burguer. It's a breaded mushroom stuffed with cheese. It's a good option for vegetarians but nowadays there are some amazing beef patties substitute, I believe they could come up with a better option.

I don't think the guy at the counter understood English, but I think he understood me to some degree. Five stars is more for the overall service and cleanliness.
