外人(チャイナか?)が店をまわしている。
接客普通。
配膳ちょい遅め。
見た目はそれなりだが、
味はかなりマトモ。
近隣にはチェーン中華の珍来があるが、
おそらくここと珍来の双璧ではなかろうか。ただし谷塚の珍来には行ったことがない。

初回→「かなり美味しいな」
2回目→「あれ？この前よりほ少し落ちるな」
3回目→「今日凄く全体的に塩辛くねえ？」
こんなふうでした。美味さも、プロならこれくらいは作って当然というレベルの少し上の方です。
思いっきり人にお薦めしたり連れて行きたくなるまでのレベルではないです。普通に美味い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻辣麺に小ライスをお願いしたら、辛さやパクチーの有無など親切に聞いてくれました！辛いのが好きというのを伝えたら黒酢もつけてくれました。味は、マーラーの入った坦々麺って感じ。とても優しい店主さんです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ(チンジャオロースの定食)を注文しました。味は、美味しかったです。店員さん(若い女性)も愛想が良く、初めての方でもリラックス出来ると思います。ひとつだけ、マイナス点は店内喫煙OKということです。ちょうど、これから、食べようとしてるとこに、後から来たお客が、喫煙を始めたので、かなり、参りました。禁煙になれば、満点だと思います。
I ordered lunch (a set meal of chinjaolose). The taste was delicious. The clerk (young female) is also friendly and I think that even beginners can relax. The only downside is that you can smoke inside the store. Just as I was about to eat, a customer who came later started smoking, so I came here quite a bit. If you quit smoking, I think it's a perfect score.

店名にラーメンとありますが、中華料理の味の良さが際立ちマス。
麺は細ストレート麺。坦々麺スープの辛さのバランスが良く、辛さもありますが、麻(マー)のしびれる部分が特に上々デス。
四川料理のしびれる味付けが最高デス。
セットのミニ中華丼は手抜きなく、イカ、エビ、お肉そして白菜トロトロ熱々で、ハフハフものです〜
四川料理の品をすべて食べたいデスヨ〜
