★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで予約し備考欄に『車椅子で来店予定です。階段は上がれません。』など入力し、特に連絡もなかったためエレベーターがあるのだと思い込み来店。しかし、到着して介護タクシーの方がエレベーターを探してもどこにも無い。介護タクシーの方が階段で上がり聞いてくださったところ「エレベーターはない。介助者と来店し階段を登と思っていた。」との事。備考欄に対してお店から連絡が無かったから大丈夫だと勝手に思い込み、事前にエレベーターの確認等の連絡をしなかった私がいけなかったのですが…。お忙しいのか面倒なのかお店から出てきて私の所に来られる事もなく、一言も直接謝られる事もなくでした。
障害のある、お金を落とさないお客には優しくないお店でした。
サービス等は一切受けておりませんので、施術などのレビューが書けませんが悪しからず。

However, when I arrived, the long-term care taxi was nowhere to look for an elevator. When the long-term care taxi went up the stairs and asked, "There is no elevator. I thought I would come to the store with a caregiver and climb the stairs." I thought it was okay because the shop didn't contact me in the remarks column, so I couldn't do it without contacting the elevator in advance. Whether I was busy or troublesome, I didn't come out of the store and come to me, and I didn't apologize for a word.
It was a shop that was not friendly to customers with disabilities who did not lose money.
I don't receive any services, so I can't write a review of the treatment, but it's not bad.
