案内も丁寧ですし、待ち時間が長くなりそうな場合は、あまり人目につかない椅子を案内してくださり、「良ければ寝てても大丈夫ですよ(笑)」と言ってくれました。本当に寝るわけにはいきませんが、その心づかいがとても気持ちよく感じました。
混んでることはないですが、他の公共施設で見るような、こっちも忙しいから待つのは当たり前とか窓口のたらい回しもないので、不満に感じることはありません。
ただ、省エネの観点で電気がほとんど点灯してないのは、人によっては怖いだろうなと感じたため、★4としました。

However, from the viewpoint of energy saving, I felt that it would be scary for some people that the electricity was hardly lit, so I chose ★ 4.
