It is a public toilet on Setagaya Dori. It was cleaner than it was a few years ago when I passed on September 27th. There are four private rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a one-time winner of a competition for Setagaya Ward's most beautiful public toilet. I have not kept up with local toilet competitions, so I am not sure if the contest has been held more than once or not, but I'd nevertheless say this one's got a shot still. Though it was once a two story affair, with urinals on the top floor, the last time I went by the second floor was closed off. The two wheelchair-accessible rooms on the first floor have been renovated within the past year.
