名	名前は非表示になっています。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2015年の7月25日頃の話ですが三軒茶屋の駅周辺を歩いていた時に、終電近くなので急いでいたのに、ヘラヘラした司法巡査らしき男が職務質問を強行して来ました。任意性を奪い、腕を掴まれたりして、完全に暴行罪です。仕方なく身分証を出したらそれを取り上げようとしました。そしたら逮捕歴があるかどうか調べるとか意味不明なことを言うので拒否しました。警察官職務執行法第2条3項は強制処分を禁止しているのにかからわず、任意性を奪い職務質問を強行して腕まで掴んできたので国賠1条1項に基づく損害賠償請求ものです。それでもへらへらしてしつこく付きまとってきたので振り切ってきましたが、本来ならそいつの身分証を写真にとり、苦情係に報告するか先程記述した国賠にしてるところです。警察署に抗議しても、その警察官らしき男が特定できないとか、私が変わりに警察官を代表して謝りますと、その対応は許せますがどんどんと話をすり替えてきました。いや、そいつをだせ！調子に乗るなよ！？捜査のためなら何をやっても許されるんじゃないんだぜ？分かってねーだろ？勘違いした正義を振りかざし、点数稼ぎをするあくどい人達、それが警察屋さんです。今後は任意性を奪うような職務質問は辞めるようにしろよ、全警察官共。つーか職務質問を強行してきたやつは本当に警察官か？改めて、謝罪を要求したい。出てこいやバカヤロー！！！！！！！！！！ About July 25, 2015, when I was walking around Sangenjaya station, I was in a hurry because it was near the last train, but a man who seemed to be a judicial police officer was asking me a job question.
