This is the best location on the 19th floor of the Hilton Plaza West, within reach of Osaka Station without getting wet in the rain! The view from the window is also the best! And the office has a sense of luxury and cleanliness, and the reception staff will welcome you with the best smiles full of hospitality! !! Whenever I come here, I get 120% motivated and my work gets messed up! And, of course, it is possible to invite customers to such a wonderful environment, and everyone is always noisy because they can say "It's a wonderful place"! Servcorp has a variety of great services such as registering a company, having a landline number, welcoming guests, using a conference room and coworking space, receiving mail, and answering phone calls. I think the staff is the best! !! Even though I don't use it very often, I'm really impressed that you can call me by name! Thank you so much! !! !! We will continue to use it! !! !!

A big plus is you can access the office by underground from each station so no umbrella needed on a rainy day! By ground it is right across the street from Hilton hotel. The assistants are very helpful and friendly and the day office is very comfortable compared to working in crowded, loud and smoky cafes typical of Osaka area.

Very friendly staff and pleasant environment with abundance of coffee and other beverages, news magazines and so on. As always, the better environment the higher output and productivity. Highly recommended.
n	norio isoe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using the Servcorp Umeda very often because the quality of receptionists are excellent, the very safe Wi-Fi connection is available for the registered members, the office spaces are always clean and neat, the well maintained/high quality amenities (e.g. Kitchen, Coffee Server, Refrigerator, Toilet) are available, and the location of this facility is very convenient from JR Osaka. It should be an essential location for the Nomad people like me.
