M	Myu A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サドルを交換したかったものの、自宅に工具がなかったので取り付けてもらうために伺いました。先客と和気藹々としたやりとりをしていた店長を待つこと数分。先客が帰り、店長に用件を聞かれたので「サドルの取り付けをお願いしたい」と伝えると、自転車をチラ見して「500円かかるけど」とボソッと一言。自分では取り付け出来ないため来店したので代金が掛かることについては全く問題ありませんでしたが、問題は店長の応対です。取り付け時のネジの締め方に問題があると言われましたが、道具がないため出来なかったから来たのだと伝えても無言でスルー。作業後は「500円」と一言のみ。先客への応対とは真逆に愛想の欠片など全くなく、代金を受け取るとさっさと店の中に引っ込んでしまう始末。ここの店長は自分の店で商品を購入した客は「お客様」としてとても丁寧に対応するのでしょうが、他店で購入した客はお金を払っても「余所者」であって客ではないようです。数回ネジを回してもらうためだけに500円払いましたが、こんなことなら倍額払ってもいいから、もう少し気持ちよく応対してくれるお店に行けば良かったと思いました。もう何があっても二度と行きません。 I wanted to replace the saddle, but I didn't have the tools at home, so I asked him to install it.
