★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前この職場で働いていたのですが、社長の対応がとにかく酷いです。社員を替えの効く消耗品ぐらいにしか思っていません。
また、月始めに朝礼を毎回するのですが、具体的な方針等は話さず「～こんな風にしていきましょう」等の曖昧なもので、その間いたずらに時間を浪費し業務に支障が出る程でした(何ヵ月か同じ内容を話す時もありました)
社長が変わらない限り将来性は無い会社だと思います。
 I used to work at this workplace, but the president's response is just terrible. I only think of employees as consumables that can be replaced.
In addition, I hold a morning assembly every time at the beginning of the month, but I do not talk about specific policies, but it is ambiguous such as "Let's do it like this", and during that time it wastes time unnecessarily and interferes with work. (Sometimes I talked about the same thing for months)
I think the company has no future unless the president changes.
