I came here for the first time, but I was impressed and there was no room to compare with others, so I decided here on this day!

Visited for a ceremony tour. I heard that you are focusing on cooking as advance information. I couldn't find a picture of the food on the official website, but I was looking forward to tasting it. This tasting was beyond my imagination. The kitchen is located in the next room, one glass away from the venue, and cooking is done on the spot with the guest in full view. This alone is very interesting, but the chef came out of the kitchen and cooked it in front of me with explanations. We had 2 dishes + non-alcoholic wine, which is quite a volume for tasting. Hot dishes were served on hot, or rather hot, plates. Especially, it was my first experience to have a hot plate. I felt a passion for cooking that I wanted to serve in a delicious state. Do you have any impression of the taste? Needless to say. It was explained that the bride and groom would be scheduled to enjoy the food on the day of the ceremony. The image of not being able to enjoy cooking due to lack of time was also dispelled. Since the menu of dishes varies depending on the season, the photos are not posted. In addition, it is said that the chef can consult with the chef about the details of the menu and change it, but the dish was so complete that there was no need to change it. Preparing for the ceremony will be difficult, but it was a day when the fun of the day was increased by one.

The Akita Sugi chapel with a calm atmosphere like no other was wonderful. The deciding factor was that the food was very delicious and that it was a kind venue for guests with small children such as kids' spaces and nursing rooms. All the staff were very good. I want to have a wonderful wedding.
