ビルと隣接して駐車場並びに、駐輪場が設置されている。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前で１、２階はスーパーマーケット等ショッピングコーナーで３階はコミュニティーセンターとしての機能が有ります。併設のパーキングはコストパフォーマンスは高くありません。ので☆ひとつマイナスで。
