★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 各種市民工房があり、希望すれば吹田市民以外も無料で利用することが可能です。大阪北部で電動ノコや角ノミを一般人に開放している施設は、有料の木工教室を除くと（たぶん）ここの木工工房だけ。他にも鑿や鉋など、自分でまともな物を揃えると、とんでもなく高くつく道具が無料で利用できるのでありがたい。
自転車工房では自転車整備の指導を受けることが出来ます。自分でやらなきゃいけないので手が汚れますが、タイヤ交換程度なら30分ほどで終わるので時間があれば…。
There are various civic workshops, and if you wish, you can use it free of charge for non-Suita citizens. Except for the paid woodworking class, the only facility in northern Osaka that opens electric saws and horns to the general public is (probably) the woodworking workshop here. If you prepare other decent items such as chisel and plane, you will be grateful that you can use ridiculously expensive tools for free.
At the bicycle studio, you can receive guidance on bicycle maintenance. My hands get dirty because I have to do it myself, but if I have time to change the tires, it will take about 30 minutes.

木工・陶芸のほかに金属・布・紙等のおもちゃ作りや、各工作場会員による定期的作業研鑽の場を提供しています。
毎月イベントやバザールが開催され、上記工作場に於ける一般開放・体験会・即売会などが楽しめます。
イベント時にはボランティアによる、壊れたおもちゃの無料修理「すいたおもちゃ病院」も開院しています。
