★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18年〜19年前に仕事で千厩に2ヶ月ほど滞在したときに、お昼は香蘭さんのランチでした。美味しくて良心的なお店です。確か、火曜か水曜がお休みだった記憶がありますが、現在は不定休みたいですね。機会があればまた行ってみたいな。
When I stayed in Senbu for about 2 months at work from 18 to 19 years ago, it was lunch of Mr. Kouran for lunch. It is a delicious and conscientious shop. Sure, there is a memory that Tuesday or Wednesday was a day off, but now it seems to be unstable. I want to go again if I have the chance.

麺は細麺の縮れでした。
ねぎはただ斜めに切った物でした。
もう食べに来ませんね⤵️

きょのランチは、、、
「函館豚丼セット」
函館！？
豚丼は帯広、十勝地方の名物なのに（笑）
まあ、遠く離れた千厩なので良しとして、ランチを注文。
まあ、なんの変哲も無い縮れ中華麺と透き通った醤油スープ。中華スープの元の様なお味でしたが、まあ悪くはないです。チャーシューにワカメ、メンマ、ゆで卵となかなかのトッピング。
何故かソーセージ２本がつけ添え小鉢でした。
函館名物なる豚丼は、十勝のものを目指した甘辛醤油味でまあまあです。もう少し付け焼してコクのある味なら最高です。
と言った感じに書いてますが、全体的には美味しい町の中華屋さんって感じで良かったです。

Hakodate's specialty pork bowl is sour with soy sauce soy sauce aimed at Tokachi. It's best if you add a little more flavor to the dish and it will have a rich flavor.
I wrote it like that, but overall it was good to feel like a Chinese restaurant in a delicious town.
