マンションの駐車場の移動を願い出ましたが空きがなく、空いたら移動できると言われて1年以上待ちやっと空きが出た為、再度移動を願い出ました。電話に出たベテラン風の女性の対応はとても冷酷で、他にも希望している人がいる、1人を選ぶ事はできない、今後も1度契約した場所から変更はできないと話が全く変わってしまいました。先に1年以上前から希望を出して空きが出たら移動できると言われて順番を待っていた事が無になってしまいました。これまで別件を含め電話対応をしてくれた事のある若い女性や男性の方は対応がよかったので誰に電話を取られるかで大事なこの先が決まってしまいます。あなたにとってはたまたま取った電話の一つにすぎないかもしれませんが、こちらは毎日の生活に関わってる大事な事です。その事をよく考えて仕事されるべきです。駐車場を契約される際は要注意です。絶対に変更はできないそうなので。そんな契約内容聞いた事ありませんが。
