鈴	鈴木初夏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居の際間違った鍵を渡されており、家に入れないことをLINEしたにも関わらず返信がありませんでした。管理会社の方に鍵屋を手配してもらい正しい鍵を受け取りました。そのせいで引っ越し業者に頼んでいたものも外までしか運んで頂けなかったし、洗濯機や冷蔵庫の設置も自分たちでやる羽目になりました。後日間違っていた方の鍵はどうすればいいのか、返信を急かすとそこでやっと返信がありましたが、謝罪はありませんでした。管理会社の方に間違った鍵をどうすればいいか明日に問い合わせてくれるということで、返信を待っていたのですが5日間返信がありませんでした。「今度そちらに電話させていただきます」と返信を急かすと「管理会社に直接ご連絡が欲しいとの事で御座いました。」とすぐに返信がありました。しかし管理会社の方に連絡をし、エールームから鍵に関する問い合わせがあったか聞いたら、「その様な連絡は一切なかった」といわれました。こちらは不利益を被っているにも関わらず、内見に遅れてくる、連絡も無視、対応も遅い、嘘もつかれるで、不信感しかありません。今後はしっかりとした対応をしていただきたいです。 I was given the wrong key when I moved in, and I didn't get a reply even though I LINEd that I couldn't enter the house. Because of that, we could only carry what we had asked the moving company to the outside, and we had to install the washing machine and refrigerator by ourselves. I hurriedly replied to what to do with the wrong key at a later date, and finally there was a reply, but there was no apology. I was waiting for a reply because the management company would ask me what to do with the wrong key tomorrow, but I did not receive a reply for 5 days. When I hurriedly replied, "I will call you next time," I immediately received a reply, "I asked you to contact the management company directly." However, when I contacted the management company and asked if there was an inquiry about the key from Aroom, he said, "There was no such contact." Despite suffering disadvantages, I'm only distrustful because I'm late for preview, Ignore contact, slow response, and lie. I would like you to take appropriate measures in the future.

I should have chosen to discard the wrong key here or return it to the management company, but I thought it was strange not to bother to tell Aroom, so when I contacted the management company, Aroom Kitasenju store contacted me like that. It was said that there was no such thing, which was inconsistent with the story of Aroom. Since the key was not unlocked, the moving company could not enter it, and after that, they carried and installed large household appliances such as washing machines.
