二度とハウスメイトとは契約しないし、勧めません。部屋の掃除、点検もしたとは思われない状態で(ハウスメイト北千住店のチーフ寺分氏は管理会社立ち合いの元に検証したと言ったが、信じられない)、契約を早くする様にせかされた。とにかく部屋が汚く掃除されていない、部屋中誇りだらけ、トイレも除菌されたという紙テープ無しで自分で掃除したら、便器の内側からとノズルから黒い物が落ちて来てぞっとする程気持ち悪かった。これでよく掃除したと言えたと思う。 契約して仲介手数料1か月(大抵の会社は0.5か月分)、保証金1か月、2か月分家賃と共益費を払った後位に、色々不具合が発見され何度も文句を言って2か月後にやっとなんとか住める状態になった。24時間サポートと言っても、電話で「申し訳ありません」という人はいるが、実際に処理するまでには何週間もかかる。何十回も申し訳ございませんとは言われたが、誠意はまるで感じられない。対応が遅く、電話をしてから誰か見に来るまでに1-2週間、それから部品注文で2週間位、その後また設置等の予約で1-2週間と全てが非常に日にちがかかる。 私は実質的に8カ月位しか住んでなく、和室も殆ど使ってなく、襖、畳、障子(サイズが大きいとかで法外な料金がかかる)に何の損傷も無いが、契約上取り替えると言われ、最後に敷金、前払いの家賃を返して貰えると思ったが、入居した時点よりずっときれいになっているにも関わらず、清掃料まで取られて14-15万円位取られるのは驚いた。何故私が入居する前にきちんとしないで、退去する時に不必要な処理をする金額を取られるのか。今後、契約書には幾らかかるかまでは記載されていないので、賃貸契約する人は退去する時に最低いくらかかるか、数字できちんと聞いておいた方が良いと思う。 とにかく全体に不具合が多く: -浴室が黒カビだらけ。清掃業者に私がいちいち指摘して掃除してもらったが、もう23-24年物のカビは全ては落とせない。その他、最初に気づかなかった所も汚れがごっそり溜まっていた。 -浴室の換気扇が壊れて動かなかったのでお風呂場を使えなかった。洗面所の換気扇もきちんと作動したなかった(共に23-24年前のオリジナル)、トイレの換気扇も動かなかったが、これが洗面所の換気扇と繋がっている事はテックが二人来て、やっとはっきりした。このマンションはどの部屋も同じ作りだと思われるが、そんな情報も無いのが信じられない。この部屋を契約した寺分氏も私に違う事を伝えた。結局この換気扇を取り替えて貰うまでに、2か月近くかかった。 -出窓の取っ手も白カビだらけで触るのも気持ちが悪いほどだったが何もしてくれなかったので、個人的に日当が非常に高い方にお願いしてきれいにして貰ったので私に料金払って貰いたい位。 -押し入れの戸の隅に埃の塊が溜まっていた、  キッチンと洗面所のシンクが非常に汚く、泡沫キャップも詰まっていて水が飛び散る状態、クロゼットの床から子供の飴の食べ残しが出てきた、エアコンの外側どろが跳ねた様な状態だった(掃除をしたらしいが、その後きれいに拭き掃除もしてない)。これで何処をどう掃除点検したと言い張るのか? -風呂桶の湯量が調整しても上まで来なく、業者が来て直した。浴室内の衣類をかける棒とフックが壊れていて使えない (浴室の衣類をかける棒もわざわざサイズを測りに来たにもかかわらず、間違ったサイズを注文したと言って出直し)。 -玄関を入ると異臭がしてこれは靴箱のせいだと分かり、自分で色々工夫して臭いを除去した。鍵を受け取った時のハウスメイト北千住店チーフの寺分氏は洗面所の換気扇とトイレの換気扇が繋がっていた事も知らず、洗面所の電気の取り替え方も間違った方法を伝えられた。 私は部屋を契約した時は海外に居て自分の目で確認しなかったのが最大のミスであり、ハウスメイトに騙された様。自分が実際に見て、こんな状態の部屋なら絶対に契約しなかった。日本にこんないい加減な会社が存在している事にショックを受けると同時にがっかりしました。きちんとしている管理会社もあるとは思いますが、ハウスメイトは信頼出来ません。
