どうしても漢方に頼りたければ、漢方を処方してくれる専門医の処方に基づいた薬を服用されることをお勧めします。
The elderly pharmacist's response was too severe.
If you really want to rely on traditional Chinese medicine, we recommend that you take medicine based on prescription of a specialist who prescribes Kampo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬代金が他の漢方薬店より、２倍高いです。行き時は､大金を持参ください。薬剤師の処方と患者の体質があわないと、何年飲んでも大金をはたいても病気は治らない。
The drug price is twice as high as other Chinese medicine stores. Please bring a large amount of money when you go. If the pharmacist's prescription and the patient's constitution do not match, the disease will not be cured even if you drink it for many years and spend a lot of money.

I have been indebted to parents and children for three generations. It seems that there are many Kampo medicines that are not available in Kampo covered by insurance, probably because they are pharmacies specialized in Kampo. It is a kind pharmacy that you can introduce to acquaintances with peace of mind.
