初回の施術は「ボキボキ」っていうレベルではなく「ゴキュゴキュっ！」っていう感じで音でビックリしました。
2回目はそんなにすごい音もせず平常心で臨めました。
体のバランスが整ってきたので、姿勢が良くなりました。
また椅子に座る時、以前は浅めに腰かけてだらしない感じでしたが、今はきちんと深く腰かけないと気持ち悪く感じます。
骨盤が良い状態になっているのだと勝手に思い込んでいます。
 I'm an amateur, so I don't know if the theory or ideas explained are correct.
I was surprised at the sound of the first treatment, not at the level of "bokiboki" but with the feeling of "gokyugokyu!".
The second time, I faced with a normal heart without making such a great noise.
Now that my body is in balance, my posture has improved.
Also, when I sit in a chair, I used to feel uncomfortable sitting shallowly, but now I feel uncomfortable if I don't sit properly and deeply.
I am convinced that my pelvis is in good condition.
