3日待っても4日待っても届かない。
保健所の方からも何度か「届きましたか？」「申請済みにはなってるんですけどね」と。
確認の電話したら無愛想な男の人から別の番号を案内された。
そこに電話したら支援物資は本人がすることになっている、保健所から申請されることはないので困っている、と。
申請済みになっていると保健所から言われたことを伝えて確認してもらうことに。
結果、保健所は申請の案内しただけで申請はしていないとのこと。
個人で申し込みするのは分かっているが、保健所の言い方的に高熱の場合など例外もあるのかと思ってたのに。
は？申請済みは何だったの。案内なら案内フォームの説明しろよ。
2〜3日後には届くと思いますって言っといて案内しただけは舐めすぎ。
ただでさえ体調悪くてつらいんだから、説明はしっかりしてください。
代理申請できないなら申請しておきますとか無責任なこと言わないで最後まで案内してください。
あと、保健所内で連携取れてなさすぎる。
