The carpenter's work in designing and building is excellent and the performance is good, and the solar panels are a hindrance but a good house. However, on the other hand, after-sales service is the worst. Even if I ask for a consultation, an order, or an external quotation, I'm left unattended and do nothing. I went to the completion tour, but the president here was just complaining about the owner and the carpenter, and the explanation was terrible. At the end, I doubted my ears when I was told with a straight face that my coordinator's sense was not good enough. I didn't know about the subsidy as a whole, and when I asked if I could get a subsidy that had already been completed, I was told that I could probably get it. I don't think I'm studying at all. It was a long time ago that the name was known in Kitakami, and the real intention is that it is not a construction shop that can be entrusted with one's own house now. It's easy to see if you actually go there, but I don't recommend going there because you can easily imagine a future where you will regret embedding strange knowledge instead of wasting time. If so, it definitely makes more sense to visit other house makers. There are more than 10 companies, but this was by far the worst construction shop.

You don't care about how the fittings fit, or whether it's horizontal or vertical ... Amateur DIY still does a better job. The consciousness as a professional is low, such as not cleaning the underfloor. ・ It's a pity that the cross shop is also. It may be bad that there is no time in the process of the construction shop, but it is a rough job. ・ The level of tile shops is also low. Left and right tiles are not horizontal, visible level ・ The on-site supervisor of the construction company cannot manage it properly by throwing it at the craftsman. I haven't done what I promised yet. ・ In winter, there is a temperature difference depending on the room. Therefore, it is basically warm, but cold places are also born. It can't be helped because it is an air conditioner, but after all the Yukako system was good. I think it's good if you want to build a large house cheaply. I think it's not bad because it comes with a solar panel. The plan I propose is not good, but lol It would be nice if we could improve what should be improved. I will never use it again! !! Lol
