There is a little machine which you us to load credit onto (100¥ = 1 credit) the cards. Washing machine is 5 credits (500¥, 10kg+), takes about 30mins and drier is 1 credit (100¥) per 10 mins. Drier took 30mins. Other than the credit machine there is no instructions in English but it is straight forward especially if you have used a coin laundry before. If not Google translates camera function is useful to help join the dots.
