福	福田洋佑 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの中古車をネットで見て、装備内装が気に入り近隣のディーラーで成約しました。その後、未来の愛車をニヤニヤしながら掲載写真等を見ていると、写っている装備と年式におかしいとこがあり、近隣ディーラーに確認してとお願いした結果、なんと装備が良い別車の写真が使われおり、年式もサバ読まれてました。ディーラーより掲載情報が間違いだったと謝罪を受けましたが謝罪のみでした。遠方在住なのでネットの掲載情報しか頼れないですが、ボルボの正規ディーラーである事から信頼し購入を決めたのに、こんな偽情報を掲載する尾山台、こちらが言い出すまで確認行為をしなかった近隣ディーラー。半年前から車種の選定を始め、ボルボのドライバーに対する安全性を重視した車製作の考えに共感し購入を決めたのに、正規ディーラーの消費者に対する説明は、「間違いでした　すみません」のみ。1つのミスならヒューマンエラーならしょうがないと信じますが、複数の誤記載はもうそれを通りこし悪意され感じます。契約は内容が信じがたいゆえに破棄しました。この店舗の情報はもう金額も諸元も信用出来ません。車が硬いから営業も頭も硬くなるのでしょうか。本当にがっかりしましたが、中古車を数多く扱ってる店舗ですから、また数年後お世話になる時があるかもなので、よりチェック機能を強化し考えを改めてくれる事を願っております。 I looked at the used car here on the net and liked the equipment interior and made a contract with a nearby dealer.
