レオパレスのホームページ上では駅から12~3分と記載がありますが、実際は15～6分かかります。
小高い丘の上の閑静な住宅地ですので、夜は静かですが駅から住宅まではかなりの距離の登り坂です。
ただ、駐車場が広く料金も安いのでそのあたりを重視する方にはいいかもしれません。
レオパレス全体に言えることですが、壁はかなり薄く、隣室の住人次第で居住環境はかなり左右されます。
審査が甘いのか、夜歌いだす方や、毎晩壁際で電話をする外国籍の方が隣室になったことがあり、地獄でした。
