公園までの道が細く、そもそも行きづらい上に、
2019年8月時点で草が伸び放題で、荒れた状態で、空き地と大差なかった。
 A park that is completely unmanaged.
The road to the park is narrow and difficult to go in the first place.
As of August 2019, the grass was all-you-can-extend, and it was rough and not much different from the vacant land.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017.6 車内休憩をしたくて日陰を探していた時に関山公園の看板を見つけて狭い道を登ると着きました。行き止まりになりますが回転できるスペースがあるので日陰に停車して涼しく休めました(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
2017.6 When I was looking for shade because I wanted to take a break in the car, I found a sign at Sekiyama Park and climbed up a narrow road. It will be a dead end, but there is space to rotate, so I stopped in the shade and rested cool (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山奥にあり時には猿や熊の被害も出る場所にではありますが、ゴールデンウィーク辺りになると桜がとても綺麗で隠れた花見スポットです。
Although it is located in the back of the mountain and is sometimes damaged by monkeys and bears, it is a beautiful cherry blossom viewing spot hidden around the Golden Week.

Playground equipment seems to have been recently renewed. It is a rather large park for young children.

遊具は新しくて良いけど、草が生えっぱなしで荒れ放題。
遊具が新しいだけにもったいない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場からは見えませんが、少し上ると広い平地が広がっていました。遊具が点在しており、周りは木々で囲まれ、1時間以上滞在しましたが休日なのに誰も来ない穴場でした。草刈りもされており、全く放置されているというわけではないようです。トイレは汲み取り式なので注意が必要。水は出ます。飲水らしき場所は無いので水分補給の準備は必要かと。
周辺は斜面になっており柵など無いのでボール遊びには向かないと思いました。
個人的には必要十分で決して悪くはなかったと感じました。
I couldn't see it from the parking lot, but when I climbed up a little, there was a wide flat area. The playset was scattered around, surrounded by trees, and I stayed there for over an hour, but it was a little-known spot where no one came even though it was a holiday. The grass has also been mowed, and it does not seem to have been left unattended at all. Please note that the toilet is a pumping type. Water will come out. There is no place that seems to be drinking water, so I wonder if it is necessary to prepare for hydration.
The surrounding area is sloped and there are no fences, so I thought it was not suitable for playing balls.
Personally, I felt that it was necessary and sufficient and not bad at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, open park. Has an area for parking at the entrance. There are a couple playgrounds and hiking trails around. It sits at the top of a hill, and some really nice views of Kiso. Although I didn't see any, you have to be careful of monkeys in the area. They're usually not aggressive, but it's better to keep your distance if you see them. There's also a nearby baseball field use by the local school teams for games and practices.
