★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キッチン入れ替えの見積りをミツモアというポータルサイトからお願いして、お返事いただいたので現地調査、見積りをお願いしました。２週間経過後、まだ見積りが出ないので問い合わせしたらガス工事の見積りがまだとの事で、来週の火曜日には出せるとお返事いただき待ちました。が一向に連絡が無く、再度問い合わせしたら、まだガス工事の見積りが来ていないとの回答でガス工事会社に確認しますとの回答でまた数日待ちました。この時点で３週間以上経過でもうすぐ１ヵ月になります。再度、催促のメールをしましたが、催促メールより３日くらいですが、返事もありません。代表者の横山氏とやり取りしていましたが、いい加減というか…よくこんな対応で今までやってこれてるのが不思議です。私も零細企業の代表者ですが、やり取りしていてこんないい加減な対応するならもっと早い段階で弊社では手に負えない案件なので申し訳ございませんと伝えるべきだと思います。
 I asked for an estimate of kitchen replacement from a portal site called Mitsumoa, and I received a reply, so I asked for a field survey and an estimate. Two weeks later, I haven't got an estimate yet, so when I inquired about it, I heard that the estimate for gas works wasn't available yet, so I waited for a reply that I could get an estimate next Tuesday. However, I did not receive any contact, and when I inquired again, I waited for a few days again with the answer that I would like to confirm with the gas construction company with the answer that the estimate for gas construction has not come yet. At this point, more than 3 weeks have passed and it will be almost 1 month. I sent a reminder email again, but it took about 3 days from the reminder email, but I did not receive a reply. I was interacting with Mr. Yokoyama, the representative, but it's a little sloppy ... It's strange that I've been doing this kind of response so far. I am also a representative of a micro-enterprise, but I think that we should say that we are sorry because it is an unmanageable project at an earlier stage if we are communicating and responding in such a sloppy manner.
