K	K T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ローコストのハウスメーカーで契約したのですが、建築士が多忙で打ち合わせの日程がなかなかとれず、適当な間取りを作成されたため、藁にもすがる思いで先生にご相談しました。先生は光の入り方や風の抜け方について詳しく、また、”家とは何たるか”という建築としての良し悪しを知っているので、良いものは良い、悪いものは悪い、と経験によって培われた判断基準を持っていらっしゃいます。打ち合わせは深夜のメールのやり取りから早朝からの事務所での打ち合わせ、Zoomにも対応いただき、小さな質問についても丁寧にご回答いただけました。そしてレスポンスがとても速いです。結果として先生が作成した間取りをハウスメーカーに提示し、伺った意見を基に打ち合わせに臨むことができ、良い間取りが作れたと思っております。ありがとうございました。 I made a contract with a low-cost house maker, but the architect was too busy to schedule a meeting, and I created an appropriate floor plan. We had a meeting at the office from early in the morning from the exchange of e-mails in the middle of the night, we also responded to Zoom, and we were able to answer small questions politely. R	Richie Mogu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施工会社の提案不足で悩んでいた時にこちらのセカンドオピニオンを見つけ急遽コンタクトしました。当時進めていた間取り案に対するコメント、課題を教えていただき、通風/採光/動線の観点からプロの視点・知識から複数の新たな間取り案と屋根のバリエーションを提案してもらい、その中の一つに変更、その後の施工会社との打ち合わせを進めることができました。間取り全体だけでなく、窓・収納・照明等に関しても、理論上どちらが良いか、好みの問題なので施主の感覚で選べばよいなどをはっきりと述べていただいたことも助かりました。 When I was worried about the lack of proposals from the construction company, I found this second opinion and contacted him in a hurry.
