冬物のジャケットを出したところ、真っ黒に汚され、ポケットは破れ、フードの紐は酷くほつれていました。
補修はしてもらいましたが、完璧には直りませんでした。
汚れも胸のあたりと腕のあたりに若干ですが残ってしまいました。
にも関わらず返金はしないとの事です。
何故そんな事になってしまったのか説明も謝罪も一切ない為、工場の偉い人から直接電話をもらうように約束して店舗とのやり取りは終わりましたが1カ月経っても電話を頂けなかったのでもう来ないでしょう。
人の物を傷付けたり汚したりしたら説明や謝罪をしますよね？
クリーニングって綺麗にする店ですよね？
私はお金を払って汚されました。
こんなことあります？
せめて何故そうなったのか説明してほしい。謝罪が全くないので本当に納得できない。
受付の人は私がやったんじゃないから知らないって感じの態度で全然取り合ってくれないです。
やってしまったことは仕方ないのでその事に対して怒っているのではなく、説明と謝罪が全くないことに怒っているのです。
トラブル対処能力が皆無です。
老舗クリーニング屋だと思って信頼して頼んだのに大切な洋服が汚れてしまって本当に悲しい。
説明の電話ください。

"るだぜ"さん、成田東店の事ならそっちだけに書けばいいのに、本店のここにも同じような事を書くなんて人として非常識ですよ。
