お店の皆さん優しくて気さくに話しかけてくれてとてもいい物件が見つかりました！！ありがとうございました??今日で3件ほど不動産屋を回りましたが1番対応も全部良かったです☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スムーズな契約とは言えず…、星1もつけたくないです。最初はいいなと思ったけど、担当者のいい加減具合がすごい。内見時もごたごた。事前に確認とかしてないでその場しのぎ感がすごかった。信頼とかない。2度とエイブルさんにお世話になることはないです。
It's not a smooth contract ... I don't want to get 1 star. At first I thought it was good, but the person in charge was really good at it. It was messy at the time of preview. I didn't check it in advance, and the feeling of being on the spot was amazing. There is no trust. I will never be taken care of by Mr. Able again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客態度などを物件探しなどを一生懸命してくださるのはいいのですが、 契約の時オプションを色々つけてくるのが ちょっと嫌だなと思いました。 Netflix などの エンタメ 月1500円 使い放題とか 24時間サポート 鍵紛失水漏れ 他何かのトラブルなどのサポートサービスなど2万円ぐらいするものをつけないといけないような 契約の仕方はあまり好きじゃないです。
それがなければとても良い会社だと思います。

Entertainment such as Netflix 1500 yen per month All-you-can-use or 24-hour support I don't really like the contract method where you have to attach something that costs about 20,000 yen, such as support services for lost keys, water leaks, and other troubles.
I think it would be a very good company without it.
