アルミスカット氷突き 曲がりタイプを購入しましたが使用10分でポッキリ折れました。
高品質な燕三条の金属製品でも稀にこんな事もあるだろうとメーカーのホームページより補償などで対応は可能か？先端の部品のみ購入可能か？と問い合わせをしましたが48時間経っても返答は無し。
刃物やカラトリーなど燕三条の物信頼出来ると思っていたのに非常に残念です。
 I was disappointed with the response rather than the quality.
I purchased the aluminum cut ice butt bend type, but it broke sharply in 10 minutes after use.
Is it possible to deal with such a rare situation even with high quality Tsubamesanjo metal products by compensation from the manufacturer's homepage? Is it possible to purchase only the tip parts? I made an inquiry, but there was no response even after 48 hours.
I was very disappointed that I thought I could trust Tsubamesanjo's things such as cutlery and karatori.
