特別展示もやっていたのでついでに見れてラッキーでした。
展示の仕方もキレイで見やすいし、外のオブジェなどもすてきでした。
障害者手帳提示で本人と介助者無料、子供も無料なのでめちゃくちゃお得に見れました。
施設もとても綺麗です。

これだけたくさん見ることもないから貴重かな。
説明も充実しており、火焔土器や縄文時代に興味のある方は楽しめると思います。
バス利用の際は長岡駅から片道半時間ぐらいです。バスの便が少ないので予めしらべておいた方がよいです。

縄文中期の火焔型土器と王冠型土器が数多く展示されていた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 火焔土器を中心に展示している博物館です。他に石器類、土偶などの展示も充実しています。屋外は馬高遺跡、三十稲場遺跡が広がっていて、史跡公園として整備されています。住居跡には縦穴式住居が２棟復元されています。

The outdoor remains of Mataka and Sanju Inaba are spread out and are maintained as a historic park. Two vertical hole type dwellings have been restored on the site of the dwelling.
