げ	げらす on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客態度が悪い。横柄な言い方。鍵だけ頼めれば良いという方は何にも問題ないと思います。受け取りの際に提示する紙を忘れてしまったので出直そうかと思ったら「万が一のことがあると困る。犯罪とか起こっても責任は取れない」と言われた末鍵は渡されるという不思議な状況。犯罪者呼ばわりされたことも不快でしたしそこまで言っておきながら鍵の受け渡しをしてしまうことへも不信感がつのりました。それだけ言うなら何がなんでも渡さなければいいのに。言い方の感じ悪さと行動の矛盾に閉口。もう利用しません。 The customer service attitude is bad.
