★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日、初めて受診しました。先生もスタッフさんも雰囲気がよく、丁寧に説明や、対応をしてくれました。なぜこんなに低評価ばかりついているのか不思議・・。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不明瞭な説明なので確認したらキレられました。結論をまず話せ。幼い子供の前で理不尽な怒りをぶつけられ酷い医者です。親が我が子を骨折してるかもしれないと不安になるのは当たり前なのに「不安にならないで下さい！子供に影響するから！」と一見ごもっともなセリフですが、医者が理由なくキレ散らかしてるので（急かさないで！←質問しただけ）仕方なく「不安なもので」と大人の対応をしたまでなのですが。クズですね。怪我した所がきちんと動くので明らかに骨折じゃないのに毎回毎回レントゲン撮られます。金儲けしか頭にないのか？不信感でいっぱいです。

こんなの病院外科は行かなくていいです。
一か月前から左足親指の部位がかなり炎症を起こしており走るなどの運動をすると必ずうみ出血をするため受診しようとしましたが見てもくれませんでした。
最初は皮膚科を受診したのですがよくならず次にこことは違う整形外科で見てもらえ少しよくはなったのですがその整形で診察はもう終わり治ったと言われたのですがあまりよくならずそして今日ここに来てみたら見てももらえなかったです。
母も私と同じように足を怪我をしたことがありその時に爪を剥がしたほうが早く完治した、と言われて自分もさっさと完治したいのでここで紹介状だけでももらえたらと思い行ってみたら見てももらず医者とも話せずかなり遺憾の意を感じました。
また紹介状だけでも書いて欲しいと願ったら何故か拒まれました。
こんな整形外科は行かない方いいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 右肩を痛めたと先生に伝えたのに、レントゲン技師が左肩を撮影してやり直したり、その肩はもう2度と水平以上上がらないと言われたのですが、結局真上に上がるところまで回復しました。先生の診断や指示は本当にダメで星１つとしたいところなのですが、僕の右肩を治してくれた作業療法士の方達は本当に素敵な方達でした。ただし別件で訪れた時の方は先生と同レベルですので星２つとしました。

女性スタッフの方は非常に丁寧な対応をしてくださり、こちらが申し訳なく思ってしまうほどです。
対応が悪いと評価している方は、自らの人への接し方を見直す必要があると思います。
今とは状況が違うにしても、スタッフの方々の顔ぶれも大きくは変わっていないと思うので、対応が悪いといったことは一切ありません。
子供連れの方も安心して診察に行ってください。

階段から落ちて足首を捻挫しました。
痛みを我慢したまま放置してしまい……痛みが治まらないため、診てもらいリハビリに通いました。
病院選びでクチコミも読みましたが、私はにしあらい整形外科さんを選んで良かったです。
院長、PTさん、看護師さんの皆さんが優しいですし、明るい雰囲気でした。
毎日できるトレーニングやストレッチも教えてもらったので、続けて怪我予防もしていきます！
内科もあるので体調が優れないときは、お世話になりたいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず受付の方の態度が悪いです。1番最初に分からないことを何個か確認したら、とても嫌な顔をされました。
歩くのが困難なくらい腰が痛くて、最初にレントゲンを撮ってもらったのですが、とても乱暴にされてレントゲンの台から落ちそうになりました。その時に腰の痛みがさらに悪化してしまいました。
その場で痛がっていると、レントゲンを撮ってくれた方はどこかに行ってしまい、助けてもくれないし文句も言えませんでした。
診察をしてくれた先生も、優しそうではあるが適当そうでもあるので、あまり信用できませんでした。
次からは別の整形外科に行こうと思います。
