コロナ前は定期的に牛乳パック回収時にトイレットペーパーをもらえるのが人気でしたが、やはり密になるから止めてるんですかねぇ。早く再開して欲しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マイナンバーカードの住所変更をしたら町名が抜けてて身分証明書として使えないという事がありました。しかも家族3人分全部。ここはヤバいと思い石神井庁舎へ行って事情を話して対応してもらい、書き直してもらいました。
その他にも電話で問い合わせた時に、電話に出た女が余計な事を言うので話しが噛み合わず失礼な言動に腹が立ったので怒鳴った事があります。「家族のカードの期限更新で委任状を持って行くがそちらで受付けしているか？」と問い合わせた時に、答えはハイかイイエしかないと思うが「こちらでは委任状の内容や委任される資格があるかどうか分かりかねます」と意味不明な事を言い始めて何人か電話を代わってもらいやっと話しが通じた事があります。失礼な事を言う女だなぁと思いビックリしました。無駄に職員の数だけを揃えているからなのでしょうが、そういう下らない事や失礼な事を平気でヘラヘラ喋る女はそこにいて幾ら稼いでるんだろうか？その金はどこから来ているのだろうか？そんな状態で成り立っている区民事務所が不思議で仕方ないですね。
せめて常識的な行動のできる一定の教育レベルで人選するべきなのでは？

毎回安心して手続きをお願いできるので、助かっています。
