★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食肉系が強くビックや生協がひしめく激戦地区なので全体的に安く生協と比べて20代から40代の人達が多い印象です。
 It's a fierce battle area with strong meat and big and co-op, so it's cheaper overall and I get the impression that there are more people in their 20s and 40s than the co-op.

ここは間違えやすい駐車場ですわ！
土地柄的に昔からあまり相性が悪いのであくまても主観ですが。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楽天ネットスーパーを利用下さい と店内アナウンスされてますが 1部のエリアだけが対象になってるのは納得できません
アナウンスで促進するのであれば もう少しエリア拡大をすべきじゃないでしょうか？
ちなみに私が住んでる所は同じ市内であっても エリア外になってました
改善をお願いします
