★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large Japanese supermarket that has a working relationship with Walmart. It often stocks foreign food and beer making it a great place to get some back home goods.
Its also open 24 hours which is very rare in Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The basement 1 and 2 supermarkets with fresh food and ready to eat food are opened 24 hours a day and well stocked. There is even a queue to pay/ check out at 5.30am. Please note to bring your own shopping carrier otherwise plastic bags are available for purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical EDLP supermarket where you don't have to deal with "sale" price. Other supermarket chains might be cheaper on "sale", but most of the day Seiyu is cheaper. Seiyu is currently owned by Walmart, but it doesn't have much of the "Walmart"-ness as it used to be..
Because of the price range, customers who comes here does not know how to use the restrooms properly, I've never saw the restroom been very clean using this store for almost 10 years.
