★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The local Walmart store (Seiyu) with guest tenants. Nice 100yen store on 5th floor. Also a Muji and a Shinamura (hardly any men's clothing). The old School 100yen store next to it is cool too.

Best part is groceries are open 24 hours.
Green vegetables are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is out of date and not as clean as Ito Yokado near by, but they give you the best price. Check out the supplement and beauty products, not only the price is best you can get, but mostly they come in bundle pack and sometimes with bonus too. Simply best bargain.
