The awesome hostess was able to help me further refine(translate) my order to the 2 guys behind the counter that hit my request for a more firm noodle spot on. Because I will never give a 10 score, I will say slightly heavy salt compared to some, but not enough to detract from the experience. I would recommend this without a doubt, and will find myself in a seat again for sure.
