★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて借りたマンションで、駅から徒歩５分程度でも家賃は安かったです。ただし安いのには理由があるようで住んでいるのは学生が多く、隣部屋の同棲中の男女が深夜に大声で喧嘩をして寝られませんでした。
賃貸契約はスカイコートで行いましたが、自社物件なのになぜか仲介手数料はしっかり取られます。
 It was the first apartment I rented, and the rent was cheap even if I walked about 5 minutes from the station. However, there are many students living because there seems to be a reason why it is cheap, so the cohabiting men and women in the next room could not sleep because of a loud quarrel at midnight.
I rented a contract with Sky Court, but for some reason the brokerage fee is taken firmly even though it is my own property.
