高さ5mくらい、岩肌をサラサラと流れる滝です。
ただただ品よく、ただただ穏やかに、まるで静寂を楽しむような滝です。
工事中の国道脇でなければ、名勝と呼ぶ方もいらっしゃるような美しさだろうと思います。
ただし、道路が工事中であるかどうかによらず、江花川の清掃は必要です。
人が入り込む場所は、ともすれば人為が入りがちですので、気を付ける必要がありますね。
川辺まで降りる方はお気を付けて。
足元は滑りやすく、また、う〇ち（何の？）が落ちている場合があります。
空中には、あぶや、スズメバチが飛んでいる場合があります。
なお、
所在地は「福島県須賀川市」ながら、自治体公式HPに掲載しているのは、お隣の「福島県岩瀬郡天栄村」です。
ともに平野部から山間部まで広がる自治体で、滝自体は、むしろ天栄村の中心部に近い位置にあります。
「馬尾の滝」は街道沿いにあり、その街道は、須賀川市側にも、天栄村側にもつながっています。
また、須賀川市が現在の形となった周辺町村との合併は比較的最近のようです。
こうした状況の下で、「馬尾の滝」の文化的地理は、天栄村に近い、ということなのでしょう。
自治体間で申し合せがあったのか否かは判りませんが、現時点では、公式HPに記載しているという点で、天栄村の観光担当が問い合わせ窓口になってくださっています。

Both are municipalities that extend from the plains to the mountains, and the waterfall itself is rather close to the center of Tenei Village.
"Mao Falls" is located along the highway, which connects to both the Sukagawa City side and the Tenei Village side.
In addition, the merger with the surrounding towns and villages where Sukagawa City has become its current form seems to be relatively recent.
Under these circumstances, the cultural geography of "Mao Falls" may be close to Tenei Village.
I don't know if there was an agreement between the local governments, but at the moment, the tourist in charge of Tenei Village is the contact point for inquiries because it is listed on the official website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 江花バイパスとして片道1車線を確保した新道が整備中であり、滝のある旧道は現状工事関係の車両置き場にされて関係者以外立ち入り禁止の看板が立っています。

脇に車停めて、少し歩くしか無いです。
