C	Carrum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中央(東京？)の修理依頼センターに朝一番で電話して、担当者から質問を受け、答えること全部で10分。松本の修理センターにいつ、何を、どんな症状で持ち込むのかといったことから、こちらの住所氏名電話番号まで全て伝えて、一時間後に実際に行ってみたら、なんの連絡も入っておらず、ゼロからやり直し。修理ではなくメンテナンス(廃インク吸収パッドの交換)なのに、どうされましたか？からスタート。書類を書かなくてはならないのなら、中央に電話であれこれ伝える必要はなく、それぞれの修理窓口になる事業所で電話を受け付けてくれれば済む話なのではと。実際の窓口担当者さんは可もなく不可もない対応でしたが、入り口を入ってすぐの受付の方はしっかりとした対応をしてくれました。 Call the repair request center in the center (Tokyo?)
